MPM Travel has viewed and checked all content prior to placing adverts to the best of our ability and that all advertisers are bona fide. Therefore, any bookings and products purchased through the provided advertising links are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each advertiser.

Algarve Hotels booked direct with MPM Travel

MPM Travel sets out in these booking conditions the terms on which you contract with us and our obligations to you. It is important to note that the booking conditions and our confirmation invoice is the contract between us.

Booking

You must be eighteen years or over. On receipt of your booking, normally by telephone or email, you will be issued with an invoice. You must provide us with the details of your party. On receipt of the appropriate payment, we shall confirm the booking. We do, however, reserve the right to decline any booking.

Payment

Full payment is required to secure the booking. If we do not receive payment in full we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.

Method of Payment

Payment is by, debit card or credit card. Payments made by credit card will incur a 4% card charge. This will be charged both on deposits (where appropriate) and balances. Reservations may **normally be cancelled or amended up to 72 hours prior to the day of arrival. **The booked Hotel may have its own terms and conditions which will apply.

Cancellation

Once paid, the balance is also non-refundable in the case of cancellation by you for whatever reason.

Client Obligation

Our clients book on the basis that they agree to abide by all reasonable directions given to them in connection with their booking. We reserve the right to terminate the booking of any client, without notice, whose conduct or behaviour is disruptive or which affects the enjoyment of others. We shall not accept liability for any extra costs incurred by them as a result of our doing so.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about your booking, please inform the hotel management (details available locally) immediately who will try to solve the problem. If you fail to report a complaint at the time, MPM Travel cannot consider your complaint valid. Any liability is limited to the booking price paid.

MPM Associates (MPM Travel) Privacy Policy

We take the privacy of individual's information very seriously.  This policy explains how we use any data collected on individuals and how we protect your privacy.
From individual's who have contact with MPM Associates we may collect contact information (e.g. name, address, telephone number) and demographic and profile information (e.g. postcode, age).  When you book accommodation with MPM Travel, in addition to contact information we may need to know your credit or debit card information - this data is not retained beyond the date of the stay booked.  We also need to know all the name/s of the individual/s staying.

We use contact information to manage the process of your purchase.   We may use contact information to communicate to you information about our company and offers we think you'll find valuable.  We may also communicate to you about other carefully selected third parties.
You may opt-out of receiving communication from MPM Associates and from having your information passed to third parties (see below).

In order to comply with our obligations under the Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access, misuse, alteration or loss of information under our control.  Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we are able to disclose information to you. 
In providing personal information to MPM Travel, you consent to the collection and use of this information by MPM Associates in the ways described above.

MPM Associates may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, web traffic patterns, and related website information to reputable third parties, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.
